ReturnsWe allow a return in mint condition of the product or specimen within 10 days of being received (confirmed delivery date) without questions. After the 10 days it is the parties responsibility to understand the sale is final. The product must be securley repacked and sent using the same shipping methods and insurance. We will pay for the return shipping if necessary if there is something wrong with the item itself. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in any other case.
